She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from the prestigious National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, Rajasthan in 2017. Driven by a passion for integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern medical practices, she pursued her Master of Doctorate (MD) degree in Swasthavritta & Yoga from R.G.G.P.G. Government College, Paprola, Himachal Pradesh. She began her MD journey in 2021 and has since made significant strides in the field of preventive health, wellness, and Yoga therapy.
