Feels as if it was just yesterday when we stepped into college.
And then time passed so quickly, that even before we realised, our college journey had come to an end.
Those four years of our college life passed by like a cool breeze. It was one of the prime phases of our life.
I would not say that they were the sweetest and the happiest days in my life. But I can definitely say that they played a major role in shaping me as a person.
Being an introvert since childhood, never did I expect that I would become a member of a 13 person group and grow close to some unknown random mad people from across the country.
Velle was the best thing that could have happened to me in my college life.
And of course! Who would want their college memories to be filled with attending tedious classes and boring lectures.
I should not compare (but I will) Velle with any other group or gang in our college, because each one had its own flavour, fun, memories, etc.
But still, I can proudly say that ours was the coolest gang in the town! There was no other group that got their Tshirts printed (of course because it is very childish! ), had such varied cultural diversification (and mental imbalance too) and on the top of all a unity that was nowhere to be heard of (especially when two of us who although weren’t talking to each other went to each other’s birthday treat-sole reason being, we are unified gang of Bhukkads!!).
If it was not Velle, I would have never known my true potential i.e to do highly illogical idiotic stupid things and still be proud about that.
This book is a collection of such small, hysterical, memorable and fun stories of our four year journey through college life that embarked us on a journey of (most probably) lifelong Vellapanti. As was truly said by Pooh the Bear, “Grrrr Grrrrrr Grrrr Grrrrrrrrrrrr Grrrrrrrr Grrr” , which when translated to English is “We never realised we were making memories!! We just knew we were having fun!!”.
