Nazim Khan is a teacher, lawyer, and social worker who has spent his life working for education and community development. He grew up in Ballarpur, Chandrapur district, and from an early age believed that children should get both good education and good values. As Secretary of Crescent Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, he looks after schools like Crescent Public School and Creative Minds Preschool, where thousands of children have studied under his care. He has also started many cultural and social activities through groups such as Gramin Jivan Vikas Pratishthan, Crescent Sporting Society, and Dr. Allama Iqbal Public Library, so that young people can grow in sports, reading, and community life.
Along with his work in education, Nazim Khan also practices law and is known for helping people with honesty and fairness. He believes that being a lawyer and being a teacher are not very different, because both roles are about guiding people and standing for what is right. His writing reflects his own life—rooted in tradition but open to the changes of the modern world. As a parent and mentor, he wants today’s children to enjoy technology and progress without losing touch with respect, discipline, and culture.
Through his book Roots & Wi-Fi: Growing Kids in a Connected Age, Nazim Khan shares simple lessons, real stories, and practical advice for parents, teachers, and students. His aim is to help families raise children who are confident, caring, and ready for the future, while staying close to their roots.
